How do I use wax melts?
We suggest using a wax warmer. These come in electric and tealight. Warm for 2-4 hours in a well supervised area. When you are done, dump out the wax into a container to use again or throw out. Please be careful when handling as wax can be hot and cause burns or other injuries. Please handle at your discretion and responsibly.
How do I take care of my new candle?
- Trim wicks before every use. Trim to 1/4 inch. After the first burn, clip off burned parts of the wick before each use.
- Let burn for 2-4 hours at a time. Do not leave candles unattended especially in areas with drafts or around children or pets.
- Stop burning when there is 1/2 in of wax remaining.
- Soy candles may frost on the top. This occurs naturally and doesn't affect the candle's function or scent.
- Do not leave flame unattended or near drafts or around children.
My candle isn't lighting, what do I do?
Chances are you need to trim your wick. Make sure all of the charred black part of the wick is trimmed off using a wick trimmer. Refer to the question above for additional candle care tips.
How do I trim the wick?
With any wick trimmer of your choice. Some customers have even used nail trimmers in a pinch!
My candle wick is used but there is still wax around the edges, what do I do?
This was caused by tunneling which can occurs when the candle hasn't burned long enough to reach the edges. To still get the most of your wax you can use a candle warmer for all the benefits of burning a candle but with no wick and flame.
Shipping & Returns
Do you accept Returns or Cancelations?
We do not accept returns or cancelations but if there is a manufacturing error please contact us about replacing your product. Conditions of return: If your case is accepted a shipping label will be sent to you via email. The buyer is responsible for sending the damaged item back. Additionally, the buyer will need to file a claim with company that delivered the item.
How long will my items take to get to me?
Processing time varies but check our front page for updates. Shipping varies depending on which shipping you purchase and there may be shipping delays due to current events. Once an item is shipped a tracking number will be provided to you. Check that frequently. If you have questions or concerns please contact the shipping carrier.
My item arrived broken or damaged, what do I do?
Take several very clear photos and/or videos of the broken or damaged item(s) to send to us. Chances are it was broken or damaged from being transported in which case you will need to contact the shipping carrier and file a claim.
Larger orders, Wholesale, and Custom Requests
If you have a custom request or are interested in wholesale for things like: events (weddings, parties, baby showers, etc), brick & mortar stores, subscription or special edition boxes/bundles please email us with details (amount needed, deadline, scents, any other special requests) and we will get back to you as soon as we can! We love working with others :)
